Hi. I'm Megan.

I work with fashion brand founders during the moments that matter most: a big retail account, a new collection launch, a growth spurt the team can't keep up with. It's usually the moment you're tempted to just muscle through it. I build the systems so you don't have to.

Over 20 years, I've led operations for brands at every size, from first product lines to Olympic launches at multi-billion dollar companies. I build the systems that let your team run growth, so it doesn't run through you.

My Work

Olympic and Paralympic Apparel Program

About the project: A multi-cycle Olympic and Paralympic apparel program with real athletes, fixed competition deadlines, and zero room for error. No existing playbook, multiple international vendors, and strict IOC compliance requirements.

The goal was to build the go-to-market process from scratch and deliver product that met every deadline and every compliance rule, with the kind of visibility where a delay becomes a headline.

The process: I led a 16-person cross-functional team, built the go-to-market calendars and workflows from nothing, managed vendor relationships across multiple countries, and ran athlete testing programs to validate product under real competition conditions before it was too late to act on the results.

Deliverables: Every product shipped on time, every cycle. Full compliance across every requirement. $101M in annual revenue delivered through the program.

About the project: My own womenswear line, built with no industry connections, no capital, and no one to teach me.

The goal was to learn sourcing, production, and sales by doing them, and build something that could actually sustain repeat business.

The process: I sourced my own factories and fabric, drafted my own patterns, built my own prototypes, and did my own sale. Over time I built a team, then started showing at trade shows once the business had traction.

Deliverables: Five years in business, six figures in annual revenue, and a boutique retailer base that reordered every season, plus a placement with Urban Outfitters once the line had proven itself.

Women's Product Line Built From Zero

Saul Nash x lululemon Multi-Season Collaboration

About the project: A multi-season collaboration with external design house Saul Nash, built around Fashion Week commitments instead of standard product cycles. Every piece of creative work needed designer sign-off before the internal team could act on it, and contract terms had to be followed at every stage. No existing playbook fit an external partnership running on runway timelines instead of retail seasons.

The goal was to build a go-to-market calendar that reconciled Fashion Week deadlines with internal production timelines, keeping the multi-season pipeline on track for a Spring 2026 global launch.

The process: I led a 12-person cross-functional team, built the bespoke go-to-market calendar from scratch, and managed the approval workflow between the design house and internal teams, making sure every creative decision cleared sign-off before moving downstream. I coordinated contract compliance across the partnership throughout.

Deliverables: A multi-million dollar revenue collaboration launched successfully across global markets, with significant brand attention and strong sell-through on the majority of styles in the first drop.

The examples are apparel. The systems are industry-agnostic.

"I worked with Megan on a number of product development projects. She's a team player, always ready to jump in and get the job done, with sharp instincts on product development. She'd be a strong asset to any product team."

What People Say

"Megan was my key partner in developing athlete product for a national Olympic program. She led the product development team and managed the entire creation process, from initial concept through commercialization. She consistently brought creative solutions to every challenge we ran into."

— Senior Merchandising Leader, National Olympic Apparel Program

This is the same rigor I bring to founder-led brands and product teams.

How Engagements Work

Quick Fix

Starts at $750

For one defined problem. A process that's broken, a launch calendar that doesn't exist yet, a plan that needs to get out of your head and onto paper.

Launch Ready

Full System

For a launch or relaunch with a hard deadline, or a gap in your operations that needs a real plan fast. I build the roadmap, the timeline, and the handoffs your team needs to execute without you in every meeting.

For founders building the operating system their growth actually requires. I design the full system, train your team to run it, and stay through the first real test of it, so it holds once I step back.

Starts at $5000

Starts at $18,000

Want more? Occasional notes on ops and systems. No catch, just useful stuff.

You've got a launch date, a growth moment, or a gap where a plan should be. I build the system, train your team, then step back.

About Me

Hi. I'm Megan. I've spent 20-plus years in product development and operations, the unglamorous, essential part of any fashion business.

My own womenswear line in my 20s, sold in over 30 boutiques across North America and in Urban Outfitters. More recently, Olympic and Paralympic apparel programs and global brand collaborations, the kind of launches where the date doesn't move and the plan has to exist anyway.

What I've learned: the brands that hold up aren't the ones with the best collection. They're the ones where someone built the system underneath it before it had to hold weight.

My love language is a great go-to-market calendar. When I'm not working, I'm usually on the Gulf Islands, ideally in a forest.
